Refund Amount: Full refund of the advance payment
Deduction: Applicable bank fees, transaction fees, and administrative charges

7–14 Days Before Trek Date

Refund Amount: Partial refund of the advance payment
Deduction: Bank fees, transaction fees, and operational costs

Less than 7 Days Before Trek Date

No Refund Available: The advance payment is non-refundable

Special Circumstances

Force Majeure

If a trip must be canceled due to force majeure conditions, a partial refund of the advance payment will be issued after deducting bank charges, transaction fees, permit costs, and other unavoidable expenses.
